LAH - Lonesome Andi Haller

is a musician who also has a tendency to be a filmmaker, actor and performer. Socialized in the counter-culture of the 1980s he´s played in many bands and lived in several countries. Relentlessly following the DIY path he plays a broad variety of instruments, composes for film, theater and games and has written lots of songs, which he loves to sing, nowadays preferably together with others.

He likes his 60s pop and garage punk influenced by free jazz, new wave and post-punk roots expanded by African, Asian and Balkan music and spiced up by contemporary electronic dancefloor and sound design. Which is quite a lot. Which is just fine, if you are into soundtrack work. And pop songs for that matter.

He believes that money was thought up by a sad bunch of obnoxious little jelly cubes without a heart and that marketing is one of the most powerful poisons ever invented. During the financial crisis 2007 he discovered the 3rd law of investing dynamics: money * marketing = paranoia and made a feature film about it.

LAH has done exciting things with people with known names and people with unknown names. The things were exciting either way and there was never another reason than that for doing them. You can look at the names on various lists that are around.
